Preparation Instructions:
I have to thank Parker from the gorgeous city of Lansing Michigan for allowing me to publish his tasty carrot broccoli juice recipe. To get started, first you will want to thoroughly wash and rinse your fresh baby cut carrots and chopped broccoli. Be sure to cut the pieces into small enough chunks that they won't stress your juice machine. Next give your juicer a quick inspection, just to make sure it does not contain any dust or storage debris. Once you have a tall glass under your juice spout, you can then turn the machine on, and begin feeding the produce through it. Your final product should be an orange and green colored liquid. Once your glass is full of juice, vigorously stir in the tablespoon of fresh lime juice, stirring until the juice is even and consistent in color and texture. This juice blend is absolutely full of calcium, and will help you maintain strong bones and teeth.
