Since trying this recipe, I now only use baby carrots when making carrot juice, as they have a much smoother and sweeter flavor than regular carrots. To get started with the recipe, you should first take out your juice machine. Next place a tall pint size glass under the juice spout. Moving along, next wash and rinse your baby carrots under cool running tap water. You are now ready to begin making your juice, so turn the machine on, and begin feeding the produce through the grinder. Once your glass is completely full of fresh carrot juice, stir in a solitary teaspoon of fresh squeezed lemon juice.
