To begin this recipe you will first need to take out your juice machine and plug it in.
Next give the machine a quick look over to make sure it's clean and sterile, especially if the machine was in storage for a long period of time.
Next wash and thoroughly rinse your carrots under cool running tap water. Moving along, next peel each of your four bananas.
Finally you will want to place a tall glass under the juice spout, turn your machine on, and begin feeding in all of the carrots and bananas.
