Preparation instruction

To begin this recipe you will first need to take out your juice machine and plug it in.
Next thoroughly wash and rinse your carrots under cool running tap water. Next wash and rinse your mango, then remove the tough outer skin and large seed from the fruit.
Depending on the size of your juicer, you may want to quarter your produce to ensure that each piece will fit into the machine.
You are now ready to begin juicing, so place a tall glass under your juice spout. Lastly turn the machine on, and then run all of your carrots and mango through the juicer.
Depending on the moisture content within your fruit, you may want to adjust your proportions accordingly. Once your juice is finished, take out a long straw or swizzle stick, and then rapidly stir the juice so that you have a consistent flavor.
