Our webmaster received this carrot mixed vegetable juice recipe from Emilie of Newberry Michigan. To get started, first you will want to thoroughly wash and rinse your fresh produce under cold running tap water. Once your fruits and veggies are clean and sterile, take out your juice machine and plug it in. Next you will want to place a tall glass under your juice spout, and then begin feeding the produce through the machine. Try and alternate the produce as you're feeding it through the juicer, as this will ensure that you have an even juice blend. Once your glass is full of juice, take out a swizzle stick and give it a few quick stirs, just to make sure the blend is consistent in flavor and texture. This beverage is extremely healthy for you, though do try and consume it after a meal, as it might unsettle an empty stomach.
