Preparation instruction

Kiwi carrot juice is the perfect sweet and sour juice combination. To begin this recipe you will first need to take out your juicer and plug it in.
Next thoroughly wash and rinse your eight carrots under cool running tap water. Next wash and rinse your kiwis.
Moving forward, take out a sharp kitchen knife and quarter your carrots. Finally remove the skin from your kiwifruit, and then cut each fruit in half.
You are now ready to begin juicing, so place a tall glass under your juice spout, and begin feeding your fresh produce through the machine.
Depending on the moisture content of your fruit and veggies, you may want to adjust your proportions accordingly. Once your juice is done, stir it up using a swizzle stick or teaspoon.
As an optional garnish place a fresh mint sprig into your glass before consuming the beverage.
