Preparation instruction

To get started, first you will need to thoroughly wash and rinse your carrots under cold tap water. Next you will want to take out your juice machine and plug it in.
For the next step, place a large vessel underneath your juice spout.
You will now want to begin juicing your produce until all six pounds of the carrots have been used. Once your vessel is full of juice, pour it into a large cooking kettle, and then stir in the white granulated sugar.
Bring the contents to a boil, stirring until all of the sugar has fully dissolved. Next pour the hot juice into canning jars, leaving a half inch headspace at the top.
Process the jars in a water bath for ten minutes. When serving the juice, you can dilute it with a little water, adjusting the amount depending on how sweet you want the beverage.
