Rhubarb Carrot Juice Recipe


  • 8 Large Fresh Cleaned Carrots
  • 1 Cup Of Sliced Rhubarb
  • 1 Large Fresh Mint Sprig (Optional Garnish)
  • 1 Fresh Cut Lemon Wedge (Optional Garnish)

Preparation instruction

This is a unique tasting and interesting recipe given to me by a friend. To begin the recipe take out your juicer and plug it in.
Next thoroughly wash and rinse your carrots and rhubarb under cold running tap water. Once your produce is clean, take out a sharp kitchen knife and slice it into small enough pieces that you can feed through your juice machine.
Finally place a tall glass under your juice spout, turn on your machine, and begin feeding your carrots and rhubarb through it.
Once your glass is full, take a swizzle stick or teaspoon, and give the glass a quick stir just to make sure your taste is smooth and even.
As an optional garnish, add a fresh lemon wedge or mint sprig to your glass.
