To begin this recipe you will first need to take out your juicer and plug it in. Give the machine a once over to make sure it's clean and sterile. Next thoroughly wash and rinse one lemon, peel it, then set it aside. Next wash and rinse eight carrots. Moving forward, place a tall glass under the juice spout, turn your juicer on, then begin feeding the produce into the juicer piece by piece. If your carrots aren't particularly moist, you may need to adjust your proportions accordingly. Once you have a full glass of juice, give it a quick stir to make sure both of the juices are evenly distributed throughout the beverage. As an optional garnish, place one fresh mint sprig into your glass. If you find your juice is a bit too tart, then you can also stir in a pinch of sugar which should do the trick.
