This delicious carrot cabbage juice recipe was submitted to us by Heather of Boston Massachusetts. To get started on the recipe, please take out your juice machine. Before plugging in the appliance, give it a quick inspection just to make sure it doesn't contain any dust or debris. For step two, you will want to wash and rinse your baby cut carrots and organic cabbage under cool running tap water. Once your produce is clean and sterile, you can then turn on the juice, and begin feeding the veggies through the machine. Once your juice collector vessel is full of the orange colored liquid, briskly stir in the teaspoon of fresh lemon juice, as this will help prevent the juice from oxidizing. Lastly you can pour the juice into a drinking glass, and either sip it through a straw, or directly from the glass.
