My buddy Timothy from Bridgeport Connecticut sent this really interesting carrot juice with vanilla soy milk recipe, and I must say that it was absolutely delicious. For step one please take out your juice machine and plug it in. Next place a tall glass under the juice spout. Moving along, next you will want to wash and rinse your large fresh carrots under cold running tap water. You are now ready to begin juicing, so start feeding the carrots through the machine. Next pour your vanilla soy milk into the carrot juice, and then rapidly stir it together using a swizzle stick. Next stir in the fresh squeezed lemon juice, again rapidly stirring the ingredient into the juice. The finished blend should be a smooth and creamy light orange color. Chill the juice for ten minutes, stir it once more after it is chilled, and then drink it. It sounds a bit weird, but the recipe is fantastic.
