Preparation instruction

To begin the recipe you will first need to take out your juicer and plug it in. If your juice machine has been packed away for a long period of time, wipe away any dust.
Next wash and rinse your carrots under cool running tap water. Moving forward, next wash and cube your fresh pumpkin, until you have roughly two cups worth.
Now that you are ready to begin juicing, place a tall glass under your juice spout, and turn the machine on.
You can now begin feeding your carrots and pumpkin into the juicer, adjusting your proportions if needed. Once your juice is finished, give it a quick stir using a teaspoon or swizzle stick, as this well help create an even taste throughout.
As an optional garnish, add a lemon slice or mint sprig to your glass.
