This is a great mix. The bananas and carrots create a very sweet smooth blend, perfect for a breakfast or desert drink. A lot of our clients like this one. We recommend peeling the bananas before juicing in this case.
Green apples will definitely make this a very tart drink. Red apples usually add a much smoother sweeter drink. Obviously different apple species can add unique flavors to the blend, be sure and experiment with many.
Carrot peach juice is another tart drink, with a sweat kick. For all those peach lovers out there, you have to give this one a try. Peaches are rather fuzzy on the outside, and therefor we recommend that you peel the skin off of them before you begin juicing. Obviously you be deseeding the peaches as well.
This blend is definitely worth trying! Smooth and sweet, very refreshing. Be sure and juice the whole watermelon rind and seeds, not just the inner fruit. There are lots of nutrients locked in the rind and seeds that you will unleash into the blend via juicing.
This is one of my favorites. I like to cut out the pineapple core and stem, and then juice the rest, including the pine apple skin. Make sure you clean and rinse the skin thoroughly before juicing. There are lots of vitamins locked in the skin of most fruits and vegetables that are accessible only through juicing them.
This is another sweet smooth drink, similar to the banana carrot blend. I cut off the pear stems, and blend the rest, skin, seeds and all. Pears are very juicy, and yield a lot of liquid per fruit. With this drink I like to leave some of the pulp to thicken up the drink, it makes for great health shake.
