Elliot out of the enchanting city of Fargo North Dakota would like to know how long will carrot juice keep when refrigerated? Raw homemade carrot juice will generally keep for a full 48 hours if properly store within the refrigerator. Make sure the container you store it in has an air tight seal. Another quick tip for storing carrot juice, is to mix in a little fresh squeezed lemon or lime juice to prevent it from oxidizing. If you do make more carrot juice then you are able to drink in one sitting, then do make sure you refrigerate it, as leaving it out at room temperature can cause bacteria to grow within the juice. I generally will only make enough for one sitting, as opposed to making extra. The reason I do this is because I personally enjoy the fresh from the juicer taste better, as opposed to juice that has been sitting in the refrigerator. Cheers, and thanks for sending in this question. Do browse around our website some more.
