If you're not yet accustomed to juicing wild greens then my advise to you would be to go easy on them at first. Also do be sure that you harvest your fresh stinging nettles in a very safe place where you are absolutely certain that no chemicals or pesticides have been sprayed on them. The juice from stinging nettles is extremely medicinal and is known to be a powerful kidney and blood cleanser. You will want to wear thick gloves when handling the fresh nettles as they will irritate your skin. To begin the recipe you should first wash and rinse all of your produce under cool running tap water. Next peel your carrots using a standard potato peeler.
