Preparation instruction

1
To get started with the preparation process, first you will want to peel and wash your fresh garden grown carrots.
2
Next peel and deseed your juicy mango with a very sharp serrated kitchen knife. Moving along, next you will want to peel your lime.
3
With regard to the ginger root, use a vegetable brush to rinse it totally clean of any dirt or debris.
4
Finally you will want to prepare yourself a full cup of young coconut water, making sure to filter out any tough coconut pieces that often have a tendency to fall into it.
5
With all of your produce prepped, go ahead and turn on your juice machine and then juice up your carrots, mango, lime, and thumb size chunk of ginger. Ginger can be strong tasting, so make sure you juice just a thumb size chunk.
6
Once all of your produce has been juiced, you will then want to stir into it the one cup of young coconut water. On a side note, you can buy young coconut from Asian food markets in your area.
7
Now that your juice has been prepared, you can either serve it up at room temperature, chilled in the refrigerator, and with or without crushed ice.
