Preparation Instructions:
Jaime of Juneau Alaska submitted this carrot spinach fennel turnip fig juice recipe. I will be honest, I was a little hesitant about the possible flavor outcome of this juice recipe at first, however it was delicious so I'm very happy that I tested it out. This juice is also ultra healthy and an excellent kidney and liver flush, it will also clean the blood too. For step one please setup your electric juicer. I prefer masticating juicers for this type of recipe, as they will extract way more liquid from the produce. Once your juicer has been setup, wash and rinse all of your produce, cut the skin from the figs, and then slowly move the fruits and veggies through the machine. Try to accumulate about a liter of sweet juice. Once the juicing process is complete, you will then want to steadily stir the juice until the color and flavor are totally even and smooth. When I made this I drank it straight from the juicer, however I can imagine that it would also taste excellent poured over crushed ice. If you have any questions about the ingredients or the preparation process then please hit me up with a note.
