First wash and rinse your carrots, radishes, kale, apples, and lemon under cold water. Never use soap or chemicals when washing your produce as running water if sufficient.

Next you should set up your juice machine on a dry and flat surface. With regard to the juice catch container use something big enough to collect and hold one full liter of liquid.

You're now ready to begin juicing so start running your fresh produce through the machine. If the called for amount of produce does not yield one liter of juice then simply run additional carrots through the machine.

Once you have all of your finished juice within your catch vessel you will then want to stir the liquid until the flavor and juice color are even.
