First wash and rinse your carrots and greengage fruit under cold water. Next take out a paring knife and peel your carrots. Moving along next remove the pits from the greengage. You're all set to begin juicing so prep your juicer and plug it in. Run all of your yummy produce through the machine. Your goal should be to accumulate one liter of juice. If the called for amount of produce doesn't yield that much juice then simply use more. Once you have a liter of liquid you should then briskly stir it to even out the sweet creamy flavor.
