Preparation instruction

1
For step one peel the skin off of your carrots using a sharp knife or potato peeler. Next thoroughly wash the carrots.
2
You are all set to begin juicing, so set up your juice machine and run the fresh carrots through it. Obviously juice yield varies from carrot to carrot, so aim for a finished volume of roughly one full liter.
3
Once your carrots have been juiced you will then want to vigorously stir into the juice the liquid vanilla extract, sweetened condensed milk, fresh squeezed lime juice, chilled low fat milk, fresh ground cinnamon, fresh ground nutmeg, and fresh ground cloves.
4
I really recommend that the spices be fresh ground, as store bought powders just don't taste as delicious. Your finished juice should be consistent and creamy looking.
5
When serving the beverage pour it into a glass filled to the top with crushed ice. Sip the juice slowly through a long straw.
