For step wash and rinse all of your fruit and vegetables under cool running tap water. Next take out a very sharp paring kitchen knife and peel your fresh carrots and orange.

Next prepare one cup of young Thai coconut water. Make sure that you totally filter out any loose debris from the liquid, as it often falls into it.
