The juice creation process is very simple. First place your electric juicer on to a flat kitchen surface. Next place a one liter jug underneath the juice machine spout, as that is the called for amount that you should try and collect. Next wash and rinse your carrots and bok choy under cool water, then peel your carrots. Just to let you in on a little secret, peeling the fresh ripe carrots will create a much sweeter carrot juice. You are all set to start the juice extraction process, so turn the juicer on and then slowly grind through your produce.
