Preparation Instructions:
Dustin from Montgomery Alabama sent my secretary this amazing carrot jalapeno guava watercress juice recipe. First and foremost you will obviously want to wash and thoroughly rinse your fruit and vegetables. I don't recommend juicing the guava skin or jalapeno pepper stem, as both of those can cause your juice blend to have an unpleasant taste. Once you have prepped all of your fresh produce, begin slowly feeding it through the electric juicer. Once done you should have just about a liter of orange, pink, and green liquid. Next take out a long wooden mixing spoon and give your juice a few hearty stirs. Finally you will want to pour the juice into a large glass mug that has been filled with crushed ice. Sip on this divine brew slowly so that you savor the beautiful blend of flavors. As another optional garnish, place one or two crushed fresh mint leaves into the juice. That concludes this newly added juice recipe, I hope that many of you get a chance to try it out. With regard to the guava fruit and watercress, they can be purchased at most Whole Foods or large grocery stores.
