First you should wash and rinse your carrots, asparagus, lemon, and apples under cold water. Next take out a sharp kitchen knife and peel your carrots and lemon. Moving along next cut out the seeds within your apples as apple seeds contain traces of cyanogenic acids which are very toxic. Once your produce is ready to juice set it off to the side then promptly set up your electric juicer. Place a plastic catch container under the juice spout that can accommodate one liter or more.
