Preparation Instructions:
Asha from Delhi India asked me to publish this yummy and delicious Indian carrot juice recipe. We have several Indian carrot juice recipes, so make sure that you try them all. To get the preparation process rolling along, first you will need to wash and rinse all of your fresh ripe produce. Next you will want to peel your carrots, lime, and mango. Next remove the thick hard seed from the mango, as you definitely don't want to run that through your juice machine. You're all set to begin juicing so turn on the machine and begin running the produce through it, including the small red chili pepper. Once you have a desired amount of juice within your container mix into it the fresh sweet coconut water. Make sure that you mix the juice together well, as you want an even and uniform flavor. This juice can be served straight or poured over crushed ice. With regard to the red chili pepper, if you are not a fan of hot spicy foods then be sure to exclude this one ingredient. And lastly, try and get a young Thai coconut for the coconut water, as it will yield far more liquid than an aged coconut. That's a wrap on another super refreshing recipe, thanks again to Asha for sending it in to us. Also do not forget to bookmark our site.
