Any high water fruits and vegetables juiced along with carrots will be the most hydrating. If I had to pick one carrot juice blend out of them all, I would say that cucumber carrot juice is the most hydrating. Cucumbers are probably one of the most hydrating vegetables on the planet. They seem to have just the right amount of alkaline minerals to facilitate maximum hydration of the human body.
