Fresh raw homemade carrot juice is one of the healthiest juices that you can consume. First off carrot juice is the largest source of vitamin A and beta-carotene on the planet, a vital and essential building block for your body's cellular structure. Carrot juice is also super rich in calcium, vitamin C, zinc, and iron. Other minor nutrients available within fresh raw carrot juice are vitamin K, potassium, copper, manganese, selenium, and phosphorus. It should be noted that to receive all of these many health benefits you should drink raw fresh made carrot juice as opposed to the pasteurized and premade store bought varieties.
