A friend of mine named Geraldine from Manchester New Hampshire would like to know what are carrot juice cosmetics or beauty products? These are products that contain some component of carrot juice within them, usually vitamin A or beta-carotene extracts which are good for your skin. I will say that most of these products seem rather dubious or gimmicky, so I generally avoid them. What seems to be occurring, is that cosmetic or beauty product manufacturers try to sort of piggyback on the fact that raw homemade carrot juice is healthy to drink, and they sort of twist halve truths so that it would seem that anything made with this juice is some how extra healthy. It's really just dishonest marketing, and should be rewarded by voting with your feet as they say, or simply avoiding the products. Some carrot based shampoos and soaps do work well, but who knows if that is due to the carrot juice based ingredients.
