Lee from Singapore was cool enough to mail me this Vitamix carrot juice recipe. Thank you again for the recipe Lee, much appreciated. To get started first you will need to wash and rinse your carrots. You don't have to peel the carrots, but it does make for a much sweeter tasting juice, so I do highly recommend it. Next wash off and rinse your ginger root and fresh stemless blueberries. Now that your produce has been prepped, take out your Vitamix blender and plug it in. Add into the blender the carrots, blueberries, the ginger root, and fresh bottled water. Place the lid on to the blender and then puree the ingredients until you have a super smooth blended mixture. Next take out a large bowl and begin filtering the juice into it using a fine mesh nut milk bag. This process takes time so make sure that you're patient. Juice yield will vary depending on how juicy your produce is, so continue to repeat the process until you have a desired amount of liquid. With regard to the leftover pulp, you can place this into your food dehydrator and make some really delicious carrot, blueberry, and ginger wafers. I highly recommend that you utilize the pulp in some form or another, that way you don't waste all of the nutrient rich fiber. That's it for this recipe, we hope you loved it.
