Honey Glazed Carrots
Ingredients:
2 Pounds of Baby Carrots
4 Tablespoons of Virgin Olive Oil
6 Tablespoons of Natural Honey
3 Teaspoons of Salt
6 Tablespoons of Margarine
2 Teaspoon of Ground Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon of Garlic
Preparation Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Toss or mix the baby carrots, olive oil, salt, ground black pepper, and garlic. Add this mixture to a greased cooking pan, and bake for about 50 minutes. After the ingredients have been baked, turn off the oven, take out the cooking pan, then add the natural honey and margarine to the pan. Place the pan back into the oven, keep the oven turned off, and let sit for about 5 minutes. Take out and serve.
