Carrot Celery Juice

6 Fresh Carrots
3 Celery Stalks

Here is an excellent veggie combo drink.  Wash the celery stalks thoroughly, and juice.  Celery juice has all sorts of excellent properties to keep your body strong and healthy.  It's been known to fight the symptoms of arthritis and inflammation of the joints.  It's great tasting as well.

Carrot Potato Juice

6 Fresh Carrots
2 Potatoes

This is an off the beaten path veggie combo drink, but your body will love it.  Wash the potatoes thoroughly, making sure to remove all the dirt from the outer skin, cut out portions where necessary.  Juice the potatoes with the skin, potato skin is particularly known for it's vitamin and mineral retention.  Potatoes contain lots of calcium, potassium, vitamin c, vitamin a, and many more.

Carrot Broccoli Juice

6 Fresh Carrots
1 Whole Broccoli Stalk and Head

Here is a great vitamin a and vitamin c rich juice combo.  I like to juice the whole broccoli, leaves and all.  The carrot juice will sweeten it up, making for a particularly tasty beverage.  Broccoli is rich in iron, potassium, calcium, vitamin c, vitamin a, and much more.  We also recommend eating broccoli as much as drinking broccoli juice, be sure and get your full daily fiber intake requirements in addition to regular juicing.

Carrot, Garlic, and Parsley Juice

6 Fresh Carrots
4 Garlic Cloves
1 Handful of Parsley

Garlic is long known for it's medicinal properties, specifically with regard to the immune system and it's strong antibiotic elements.  It's rich in vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin b, calcium, vitamin c, potassium, and many others.  It's a great juice combo for the flu season.  The parsley is added to this recipe as it helps neutralize the effects of garlic breath.

Carrot Tomato Juice

6 Fresh Carrots
2 Tomatoes

For all of you tomato juice lovers out there, here is a great juice combo to get you going.  Wash the tomatoes thoroughly, remove the stems, then juice with the tomato skin still intact.  Do not juice the stems or leaves of the tomato plant, as they are extremely bitter and will ruin the flavor of your juice mixture.  Tomatoes are full of vitamin c, one medium size tomato can contain as much as 60% of the daily recommended value of vitamin c.  Tomatoes are also rich in vitamin a, potassium, iron, magnesium, vitamin b1, vitamin b6, and many others.  This juice combo is definitely a strong antioxidant and anti cancer recipe.  We grow our own garden tomatoes, which we highly recommend.
