I personally believe onions are not nearly talked about enough in health food and vegetarian circles. Onions have all sorts of excellent nutritional values such as antioxidants and natural anticancer properties. Onions are also known to be a very effective antiflamatory and anticholesterol vegetable source. In preparing the onion for juicing, be sure and peel the outer dry skin, wash thoroughly, and juice. Onions are know to cause heart burn, so you may want to regulate the onion portion of this recipe depending on your own personal sensitivity to the vegetable.

Now you'll notice I'm only allowing for one Chile pepper in this recipe combo. You can adjust the Chile pepper portion depending on how spicy you want your carrot Chile pepper juice to be. I thought I would play it on the safe side, I don't want to be the cause of any of our website visitors to get an upset stomach. I'm also not real tolerant of really spicy food myself, although I do enjoy it from time to time.
