This is an excellent tropical blend. Deseed the mangos, you may choose to juice the skin or not, either option is ok. The final drink has a perky taste, sort of a sweet and sour, really tasty.
This blend is definitely in my top 5 favorite juice lists. Start by extracting the juice or coconut milk from the coconut, you can rerun it through the juicer to extract any non liquid parts, or add it as is to the carrot juice after it's juiced. Then cut as much of the edible white coconut portion out as you can, and juice it. Obviously you do not want to juice the skin, unless of course you are juicing with a wood chipper.
My daughter loves this blend. Start by thoroughly washing the apricots, then deseed them and juice with the apricot skin intact. I find this blend to be very smooth and refreshing. The flavors of both the carrots and apricots compliment each perfectly, thank mother nature.
This is a vitamin c powerhouse blend, excellent for boosting the immune system. Start by peeling the kiwis, in this case I do not recommend juicing the kiwi skin due to the tiny hairs on the outside of the fruit, although it really depends on how well your juicer screens out non liquid particles, you choose. Kiwis can be very acidic, 3 is the recommended usage.
My children love this blend as well. Begin with washing the strawberries, and taking off the stems. Juice them all, and enjoy. Strawberries are a very good source of vitamin c, and due to their immense popularity with most children, this is a great drink to replace the cola and junk drinks.
This juice blend is the king of vitamin c beverages, and an excellent antioxidant drink. Blackcurrant berries are naturally bitter and sour, but with the recipe portions the carrot juice will sweeten the juice perfectly.
