Preparation Instructions:
Norman from San Salvador El Salvador emailed our staff this one of a kind no knead carrot juice bread recipe. For step one you will want to sift together the kosher salt, Fleischmann's instant yeast, amaranth flour, and enriched bread flour. Next mix the sifted ingredients together with the fresh homemade carrot juice and bottled spring water. Next stir into the bread batter the California raisins and chopped walnuts. Continue to stir the batter until a very sticky dough forms. Do be sure to scrape the sides of your mixing bowl just to make sure all the batter is together. Next up you will want to cover your bread dough with plastic wrap and a kitchen towel and then store it at room temperature for roughly twelve to seventeen hours. Once the aforementioned time has elapsed you will then want to place your bread dough on to a clean floured surface, then slowly form a ball with it. Moving along next you will want to take out a tea towel and then evenly coat it with wheat germ, sunflower seeds, and enough flour to prevent the dough from sticking. Set your bread dough inside the tea towel and then cover it so that it can rise for about two hours. Finally you can preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit or 232 degrees Celsius. Place a five quart stock pot with a lid into the oven to heat. Once the pot is hot, place the bread dough into the pot, cover the pot with a lid, and then let it bake for about twenty minutes. Once your baking bread is golden brown, remove it from the hot oven. Let the bread cool on a wire wrack for ten minutes, then serve it warm in slices with a nice thick layer of butter melted on each piece. Thanks for reading through this.
