Preparation Instructions:
This condensed milk Jamaican carrot juice recipe was emailed to me by a user named Georges of Saint-Isidore Monteregie Quebec. To get the preparation process started, first you will need to set up your electric juicer on a clean and dry kitchen surface. Next wash your ripe produce in the sink and then dry them off. Moving along, next take out a very sharp knife and remove the skin from the carrots and lime, as it will ruin the flavor of this beverage with it's bitterness. You are now set to begin the juicing process, so feed all of your tasty produce through the machine. Continue juicing until you have one liter of juice, which means you may need to use more carrots than the called for amount. Once you have your fresh made liter of yummy juice, stir into it the Black and White brand sweet condensed milk, McCormick pure vanilla extract, and fresh ground nutmeg. Do be sure that your nutmeg is fresh ground as opposed to store bought powder, as this will dramatically affect the drink's flavor. Once the beverage is totally blended together into a smooth and creamy orange liquid, pour it into two ice filled beer mugs. Sip the brew slowly so that you can savor the heavenly aroma and flavor notes. Thank you again Georges for this great Jamaican carrot juice recipe variation.
