Preparation Instructions:
Our webmaster just received this wonderful carrot pineapple persimmon passionfruit juice recipe. It was sent in by Marisa from Sacramento California. I tried it out and it is now in my personal top ten best carrot juice recipes, so please try it out. I own both a masticating and centrifugal juicer, so for this particular recipe I used the stronger extracting power of the masticating machine. Generally I will use a masticating juicer any time that I am juicing very expensive fruit, because that way I don't waste any juice. To start the recipe preparation process, wash and rinse all of your produce. Next peel your carrots, cube your pineapple, and then remove the skin from the passionfruit. Next turn on your juicer and very slowly and meticulously juice all of the fruit. Try to accumulate one liter of juice or more. Once you are done juicing, briskly stir up the sweet juice to even out the flavor. Serve the juice poured over crushed or cubed ice, and garnish it with a crushed mint leaf. With regard to the leftover fruit pulp, evenly spread this out within your food dehydrator and make carrot pineapple persimmon passionfruit crackers. That's a wrap on another delicious juice recipe, I hope you loved it as much as we did.
