Preparation Instructions:
John from beautiful Sydney Australia emailed me this carrot juice using a blender recipe. The preparation process is pretty simple and easy to do. For step one wash and rinse all of your sweet fruit and vegetables. Next peel your carrots, lemon, and orange. Peeling your carrots is the secret to sweeter less bitter carrot juice, so keep that in mind when making carrot juice in the future. You are now ready to add the water and all of your produce including the medium size mint leaves into your blender. Blend the ingredients together on the highest speed until you have an ultra smooth puree. Next take out a large glass bowl and filter your blender mixture into the bowl through a fine mesh nut milk bag. The filtration process can be slow and tedious, but it will eventually get the job done. Continue this process until you have the desired quantity of juice, which should be roughly one liter or so. Once your juice has been fully made you can either drink it straight at room temperature, or you can chill it for roughly an hour in your refrigerator and drink it cold. This carrot juice should keep well for up to forty eight hours, however for that to happen you will need to store it in a tightly sealed vessel within your refrigerator. Generally carrot juice shouldn't be consumed beyond forty eight hours unless it has been pasteurized or canned. That wraps up this recipe, we appreciate you taking the time to read through it and hope that you'll give it a try.
