Preparation Instructions:
I would like to thank Gaven of Kansas City Missouri for submitting this wonderful carrot juice caviar recipe. For step one, you will need to take out a pot and fill it with a water bath containing the calcium chloride. Make sure this ingredient is thoroughly mixed and dissolved into the water. Next you will need to take out a mixing bowl, and whisk together the carrot juice and sodium alginate. Next take out a cooking syringe, and fill it with the carrot juice mixture. Using this syringe, you will want to begin dropping small beads of the carrot juice into the water bath. The calcium chloride will harden as soon as it comes into contact with the sodium alginate, forming a skin around the carrot juice that will hold the liquid within the little orange bead. Lastly using a strainer, rinse off all of your finished carrot juice caviar beads in plain water, and let them sit for a moment to dry. They are now finished, and can be served as the perfect vegan garnish. Serve them on small vegan crackers. That concludes this wonderful recipe, thanks for checking it out.
